In May we are going to host short courses about how to reduce food waste. Anyone can join, chefs, parents, professionals, doesn´t matter! We are going to show what we did to reduce food waste, how we did it and hopefully inspire others to do the same or get new ideas for their environment. We are very excited about this project and hope people will enjoy it. We have done a lot of research about food waste, f.ex. how food waste holds hands with number of guests? What food is being wasted the most? And how these information can help us fighting food waste. We can all reduce food waste – the question we are going to answer is how. See you in May!
